Job summary

Nordicrecruiters seeks a Business Development Manager for the Asia Market to drive expansion across Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia and the Philippines. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, cross-border environment.

You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with marketing, product and operations to win and retain regional clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management across Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to independently develop and execute strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Asia, focusing on Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements that drive revenue and growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support client onboarding and retention.
• Track results, report on performance, and provide insights to senior management.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade events, and business meetings across the region.
