Job summary

You will collaborate with business leaders to secure timely approvals, generate AR reports, and support month-end close and audits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in billing within professional services, excellent communication, and strong Excel/Deltek skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ billing experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Experience handling bespoke invoices and APAC billing.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Deltek ERP systems.
• Independent and collaborative team player with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver all invoices across the APAC region.
• Provide accounts receivable reports to senior management highlighting risks and trends.
• Support month-end close and audit preparations.
• Suggest and implement improvements to invoicing and collection processes.
