Job summary

Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking an AP Senior Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to manage invoice processing, payment requests, and related follow-ups. You will review statements of account, resolve outstanding items, and assist with month-end closing and management reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the finance team. Experience with Xero is a plus and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing, payment requests, and related follow-ups.
• Review vendor/geography statements of account and follow up on outstanding or disputed items.
• Prepare and issue billing documents and expense reports as required.
• Support month-end closing and provide relevant information for management reporting.
• Respond to vendor queries relating to invoices and payment matters.
• Support internal and external audits, process improvements, and other ad hoc projects.
