Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Billing.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns pricing and invoicing, invoice generation and sending to clients on time.
• Complete domestic & international shipment pricing daily per quotation.
• Post customer collection receipts in SAP and reconcile billing.
• Prepare adjustments (voids/credit memos) per policy and approvals.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payment status.
