Job summary

TEA EXPLORER (MY) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage end-to-end AR processes in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and reliable revenue recognition while leading month-end close tasks and liaising with cross-functional teams.

You will guide junior staff, support audits, and contribute to automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the order-to-cash cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant AR/accounting experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, organization and independent working ability.
• Experience in F&B or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AR operations including billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Lead month-end close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Monitor cash postings, AR aging, and prepare month-end reports.
• Coach junior AR staff and support process improvements and audits.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure efficient order-to-cash.
