Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience using CRM platforms; HubSpot is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, customers, and recurring guests.
• Serve as primary contact and ensure timely professional communication.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate account records in HubSpot CRM.
• Meet monthly account management, retention, booking, and revenue targets.
