Job summary

ePension is seeking an Executive in Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Unit (HK Support) to join on a 1-year contract in Malaysia. You will handle MPFA inquiries, liaise with stakeholders, and improve regulatory processes to ensure timely, compliant operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in operations, compliance or regulatory reporting, plus a strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese). Fresh graduates with analytical ability are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in operations, compliance, risk management, regulatory reporting, or financial services preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage enquiries, complaints, and regulatory cases from MPFA with timely resolution per SLAs.
• Liaise with MPFA, trustees, internal stakeholders and vendors to clarify details and resolve issues.
• Identify system defects and enhancement opportunities; work with IT and vendors to drive fixes.
• Design and review improvements to workflows to boost efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare regulatory and management reports and analyses with high accuracy.
• Support strategic planning to improve processes, service quality and team performance.
• Assist in system enhancement projects: requirements, UAT, validation and implementation.
• Coordinate projects and provide management reporting and ad hoc support as required.
• Handle time-sensitive cases and escalations maintaining professionalism.
