• 7 to 10+ years of progressive professional experience, including deep tech and venture capital exposure.
• 3 to 5+ years in VC/PE/CVC with deal closing and portfolio management.
• Strong institutional investment modeling: LBO/growth equity, valuation, returns analysis.
• Hands-on value creation delivering revenue, margin, or operational growth.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead deal sourcing and build a regional investment pipeline across SEA.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Act as active value-creation partner to portfolio companies and monitor KPIs, cash burn, and runway.
• Represent the fund on the ground in Malaysia and coordinate cross-border initiatives.
