Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR assistant to support recruitment, onboarding and employee offboarding processes. You will screen candidates, arrange interviews and help coordinate talent activities in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the learning & development function, you will assist in planning and coordinating training programs, monitor attendance records and assist with employee engagement activities, while performing various HR support tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview arrangements, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support learning & development activities from planning & coordination of training program.
• Monitor employee attendance and medical records.
• Assist in employee activities.
• Perform HR support tasks as assigned.
