Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee onboarding, training, and HR operations. You will coordinate onboarding, develop training programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain HR records to support a growing team.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR management, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and strong communication skills. Chinese language ability and experience with China-related work are a plus as we align HR practices with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; master's preferred.
• 2–3 years HR management experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with China-related work is preferable; Chinese speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Develop and administer training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act 1955, SOCSO, EPF).
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Stay informed about industry HR trends and best practices; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the HR team and provide guidance and support.
