Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated trainee to assist in planning and conducting training and development activities, while supporting business partners and team members.

You will help with documentation, meetings, and reporting, build relationships, and explore opportunities to grow the business. You will be exposed to sales, training, and people management, and will develop communication and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting training and development activities.
• Provide support and guidance to business partners and team members.
• Assist with documentation, reports, presentations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions and business activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with business partners.
• Follow up on business activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify new opportunities to support business growth and development.
• Assist in monitoring business performance and preparing regular reports.
• Support the team in achieving business objectives and targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Perform other duties and business development activities.
