Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Coordinator in Subang Jaya to support end-to-end recruitment, post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and prepare offers and onboarding materials.

You will maintain employee records in HRIS, assist in identifying training needs, coordinate internal training, and track progress against training plans.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma in HR or equivalent, good communication, independence, computer literacy, and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to travel with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
• Coordinate internal training.
• Maintain training records and track progress against training plans.
• Assist to apply for HRDC grant for external training.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
