ATAIN is expanding its dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Malaysia and seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to attract top talent. You will source candidates through databases, social platforms and pipeline development, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese a plus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Languages: English and Mandarin required; Cantonese a plus.
• Minimum 1 year recruitment experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through databases, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate resumes based on required skills and job specs.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines and diverse candidate slates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Plan targeted search campaigns using internet platforms.
• Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all roles.
• Maintain compliance with sourcing, recruitment, and hiring regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
