Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Partnership Operations to join the Strategic Partnerships team. The role focuses on shaping regional partnership strategy, building scalable operating frameworks, and running analytics behind major partnership decisions.

You will collaborate with country teams across 15 Delivery Hero markets, translating complex problems into actionable recommendations and ensuring rapid, data-informed execution.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy, ops, or consulting with consumer/tech exposure.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills; able to build business cases in Excel.
• Excellent structured thinking and crisp communication to land recommendations.
• Experience working across markets or functions is a plus.
• A proactive doer with execution ownership beyond planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the partnership strategy across all markets, identifying priority partner categories and markets.
• Design operating frameworks and playbooks that help country teams execute consistently and at pace.
• Lead the analytics behind partnership decisions, pipeline sizing, incrementality modelling, ROI frameworks, and scenario analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (growth, product, finance, legal) to unblock execution and resolve bottlenecks.
• Represent Strategic Partnerships in regional leadership forums, bringing structured thinking and data-backed recommendations.
