Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or Information Systems or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize regional corporate account operations and onboarding.
• Develop and present data-driven insights using SQL/BigQuery to APAC stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering to resolve client issues.
• Create SOPs and report processes to improve regional efficiency.
