Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Team Lead for Regional Corporate Account Management to support APAC operations. The role blends operations, data analytics, and process improvements across multiple corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will manage corporate account operations, develop BigQuery-based analyses, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize performance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate account operations, including onboarding, bulk employee uploads, and account maintenance across multiple clients.
• Develop SQL queries and perform data analysis using BigQuery to support regional stakeholders.
• Create and manage corporate vouchers and gift cards, and analyze campaign performance.
• Maintain Salesforce account information and corporate configurations; perform data quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing) across APAC to resolve issues and drive initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and SOPs.
