Job summary

Ambition seeks a Regional Account Manager for OSAT/IDM in Selangor, to own high-value customer relationships in the semiconductor packaging and test space.

You will map customer roadmaps, develop proposals, support RFQ/RFP, negotiate and drive revenue in existing accounts while expanding the pipeline; comfortable with travel.

This permanent role requires commercial acumen, deep semiconductor knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, operations, and planning teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in the semiconductor industry (OSAT/IDM/foundry/equipment) preferred.
• Background in customer-facing roles (sales, account management, NPI, or technical support).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers across engineering, procurement, and programme teams.
• Map customer roadmaps and identify where packaging/test capabilities add value.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts and win new customers to expand the pipeline.
• Develop proposals and quotations, support RFQ/RFP submissions, including NDA management.
• Translate customer needs into direction for engineering, operations and planning teams.
• Lead customer review meetings and represent the business at industry events.
