Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive/Manager or Field Application Engineer with 2 to 3 years of technical, process, or sales experience in PCB/OSAT manufacturing to manage key factory accounts in Penang.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technical sales, process engineering, or electronics manufacturing.
• Basic working knowledge of PCB fabrication or OSAT.
• Strong communication skills to interact with client production engineers and plant managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for key electronics manufacturing plants and local distributors in Penang.
• Visit factory floors to help production engineers troubleshoot manufacturing issues using specialized materials.
• Safeguard existing business accounts and protect market share against competitor alternatives.
• Partner with internal engineering teams to demonstrate and introduce new product upgrades to clients.
• Track sales targets, update account pipelines, and handle commercial price negotiations.
