Novolyte Technologies is seeking a Commercial Officer to support the Sales team. You will manage customer information, coordinate order execution, and maintain sales data while collaborating with production, logistics, and planning to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset within a manufacturing setting. English, Mandarin, and Malay fluency is essential for effective communication with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial support, sales administration, customer service, or sales support within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Incoterms and basic import/export procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain accurate customer profiles and master data.
• Assist in tracking order status and coordinating with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enter sales orders and shipment data, update sales forecasts, prepare regular sales reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
• Maintain sales contracts, customer files, shipping documents, and commercial records.
