Job summary

Novolyte Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to drive sales opportunities and manage customer relationships across Southeast Asia. You will bridge customers with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery, and high satisfaction.

The role emphasizes evolving business development within the chemical and energy storage sectors, with emphasis on strong English and Chinese communication to engage regional customers and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales.
• Experience in the chemical, lithium battery materials, energy storage, or related manufacturing industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Southeast Asia.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics for timely delivery.
• Support customer audits and assist in handling complaints.
• Assist Finance with payment collection and account reconciliation when required.
