EVERGRAND ELECTRONIC SCIENTIFIC TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Director for Semicon Engineering, Cleanroom, Gas & Chemical Systems, and MEP. The role leads global sales expansion, builds regional channels, and drives major cross-border projects across high-tech industries.

The candidate will guide overseas revenue, secure strategic accounts, and lead a high-performing international team with travel across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of international sales or business development experience in industrial/high-tech environments.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a sales or business development team.
• Proven track record of securing major international accounts and managing complex cross-border projects.
• Strong network of overseas customers, agents, distributors, engineering partners, and government/agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies aligned with global expansion plans.
• Oversee overseas sales revenue, order intake, profitability, and market-share growth.
• Lead market development across Southeast Asia, Europe, the US, Japan, and Korea.
• Build and develop a high-performing international sales & BD team.
• Establish local sales channels and partnerships with agents, distributors, and engineers.
• Identify and secure key accounts in semiconductor, renewables, pharma, data centres, and high-tech sectors.
• Manage full commercial cycle for major international projects: BD, tendering, pricing, contract negotiation, risk assessment.
• Negotiate terms for overseas factory solutions, facility projects, equipment packages.
• Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers, EPCs, consultants, and partners.
