Ultima Markets Ltd. in Malaysia invites a senior sales leader to take full ownership of our Kuala Lumpur office, overseeing team operations, budget, and strategic execution.

You will drive regional sales aligned with global objectives and manage a high-value partnerships pipeline to fuel revenue growth. Lead the BD lifecycle from prospecting to closing, build and scale a top-performing regional team, and collaborate cross-functionally to support campaigns, product enhancements, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of senior sales leadership experience in Forex/CFD/crypto or online trading.
• Proven office management and budget oversight capability.
• Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, KOLs, or trading communities.
• Leadership experience building distributed regional sales teams.
• Data-driven with strong forecasting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; English and Mandarin required.
• Solid understanding of global financial regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Kuala Lumpur local office, including team supervision and budget control.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy; own P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Identify, secure, and manage high-value partnerships with IBs, MAM/PAMM, family offices, and trading communities.
• Drive growth in FTD and Net Deposits; exceed targets.
• Own the full BD lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-deal management.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs.
• Monitor regulatory updates and market dynamics; provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Compliance for campaigns and platform improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and robust due diligence for partners.
