Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia seeks a commercially driven partnerships leader to guide the strategy and development of the Malaysia market. You will identify opportunities with corporates, digital platforms, financial institutions, insurers and other ecosystem partners to build a robust B2B and B2B2C pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the partnership strategy and business development for Malaysia, identifying opportunities that drive revenue and market growth.
• Identify, develop and manage partnerships across corporates, digital platforms, financial institutions, insurers and other ecosystem partners.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B and B2B2C partnerships from prospecting through negotiation and implementation.
• Own senior-level relationships with key partners and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead commercial discussions including business models, pricing, revenue structures and contract negotiations.
• Develop compelling commercial proposals, presentations and business cases for prospective partners.
• Work with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Legal to launch partnership initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to embed protection and financial products into partner journeys and distribution channels.
• Manage and grow existing strategic accounts with cross-selling, expansion and deeper integration.
• Monitor partnership performance and KPIs, proposing initiatives to improve revenue contribution.
• Represent the business at industry events and partner meetings, providing market insights to senior management.
