The position requires 5–7 years in sales leadership within industrial or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in sales management or senior sales roles, preferably in industrial, technical or engineering sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Lead and mentor a sales team to high performance.
• Manage key accounts and serve as primary contact for major clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms for profitable deals.
• Analyze market trends and competition to inform strategy.
• Monitor sales metrics, forecast pipeline and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and technical teams to support initiatives.
• Attend industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
