Job summary

Grab in Malaysia is seeking a senior project lead within GrabAds Self-Serve Strategy & Planning to drive GTM initiatives and launch self-serve products across Grab's ecosystem. You will collaborate with GrabAds, Product, Marketing, OmniCommerce, Food & CE, and partners to design project plans, perform data analyses, and promote self-serve services for merchants, onsite at the PJ office.

The role requires a business mindset and strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable growth

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital advertising covering sales, enablement, operations, or marketing.
• Experience developing GTM strategies and leading market entry targets.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to turn data into insights.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.
• Experience in a matrix organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from product rollouts to user acquisition.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Perform detailed data analyses to address challenges and derive insights.
• Coordinate communication to keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Handle quarterly and bi-annual reporting tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement productivity improvements.
