Job summary

Grab is seeking a data-driven strategist to support regional self-serve advertising strategy and planning. Based in Petaling Jaya, you will collaborate with GrabAds, Product, Marketing, and other partners to shape regional plans and drive merchant adoption.

You will lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring to hit targets, align goals across departments, and execute cross-functional projects to boost ad growth and lifecycle engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, business operations, market research, or consulting.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate data and set goals.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising.
• Proven ability to work across teams and gather competitive insights.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL or Tableau.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring to meet targets.
• Establish and align performance goals across departments to support growth.
• Co-create and execute strategies and projects across functions.
• Develop demand planning initiatives with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Solutions teams.
• Foster advertiser growth by developing strategic plans to boost ad loyalty.
• Take a long-term view of market positioning and target segments.
• Lead regular business reviews and provide executive updates.
