Job summary

Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager for Self-Serve Business Strategy & Planning from Malaysia to lead strategic programs that accelerate SMB growth across Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Inside Sales, and country teams to translate strategy into measurable results and scale programs from zero to impact.

You will report to the Manager, Self-Serve Regional Business Strategy, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, automate analysis, and drive adoption of GFB

Qualifications

• Ability to design and execute strategic programs for SMB growth across Southeast Asia.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate insights into actionable designs.
• Experience designing experiments and lifecycle programs to improve activation, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic programs driving SMB growth across Southeast Asia from problem definition to delivery.
• Structure ambiguous problems, summarize insights from data and market research, translate into program designs and recommendations.
• Design and run structured experiments and lifecycle programs to improve client activation, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market motions and multi-year growth targets.
• Prepare clear updates for senior stakeholders, including performance reports and reviews.
• Leverage AI tools and latest technologies to accelerate research and build lightweight solutions that boost productivity.
