Job summary

Grab is seeking a senior regional project leader for the GrabAds Self-Serve Strategy & Planning team. You will craft GTM plans, coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, OmniCommerce, and partners to launch self-serve products and drive merchant growth.

You will develop innovative ideas with internal stakeholders, understand business mechanics, and translate them into scalable solutions. This onsite role is based in the Malaysia PJ office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, with 4-5 years in digital advertising, covering sales, enablement, operations, or marketing.
• Experience in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, successful product launches, and achieving market entry targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent ability to manage stakeholder relationships at different levels within the organization.
• Experience in a matrix organizational structure, thriving in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in strategic projects, from product rollouts to user acquisition.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve milestones efficiently.
• Perform detailed data analyses to address project challenges, deriving insights that lead to impactful business solutions.
• Coordinate communication efforts to ensure smooth collaboration and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
• Handle routine reporting tasks for quarterly and bi-annual reviews, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve team efficiency and productivity.
