Qualifications
- 4+ years in strategy, operations, market research or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategies.
- Solid background in digital advertising.
- Experience working across teams and gathering competitive insights.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Guide budget planning, forecasting and performance monitoring to hit targets.
- Set and align performance goals across departments for growth.
- Co-create strategies and cross-functional projects to unlock potential.
- Manage demand planning with Marketing, CRM, Product and Solutions.
- Foster advertiser growth through strategic plans and loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain long-term market positioning and target key segments.
- Lead regular business reviews and provide executive updates.
