Job summary

Avanade, a global technology consulting leader, seeks a Delivery Lead to oversee large, complex technology programs across Southeast Asia, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will guide Microsoft platform engagements, mentor teams, and drive customer success in a dynamic regional setting.

You will build trusted client relationships, support sales pursuits, and apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

12+ years of total working experience.
Proven experience leading regional technology deployments across 3-5+ countries.
Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial terms.
Experience delivering end-to-end ERP/CRM or enterprise transformations.
Ability to engage CXO and senior stakeholders and manage escalations.
Experience with Microsoft platforms: Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform, Azure.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries.
Own end-to-end program delivery within a regional delivery model.
Manage fixed-price and sensitive projects with governance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual obligations.
Develop and govern comprehensive project plans, ensuring requirements are defined and tracked.
Mitigate project risks and secure alignment from senior leadership on key decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor members to achieve high performance.
Build trusted executive relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and manage escalations.
Navigate complex SEA regional delivery dynamics and adapt to regional practices.
