Job summary

Avanade Malaysia is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management professional to lead M365 Copilot adoption initiatives. You will translate change strategy into practical delivery plans and guide clients through technology-enabled transformation.

The role requires applying formal change methodologies, coaching sponsors, and building a Change Network to enable two-way communication, readiness assessment, and training delivery across multi-functional teams.

In this role, you will take ownership of client-facing Organizational Change Management focusing towards M365 Copilot Adoption activities, translating change strategy into practical delivery plans, and supporting clients through technology-enabled transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation.
• Working within a cross functional team to lead change management deliverables and activities.
• Articulate compelling case for change, coaching Change Sponsors (and project teams) on messaging, influence and leading effective change.
• Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change and facilitate two way communication.
• Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption.
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change.
• Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing.
• Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach.
• Development and execution of training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change.
• Facilitation of training sessions for client audiences.
• Assessment of organisational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps.
• Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program.
• Executing change, communications and training strategy.

+7 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or change.

Must Have

• Experience in M365 Copilot
• Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methods
• Expert knowledge in two or more areas of change capability, with exposure to end to end change initiatives in the technology space advantageous
• Ability to lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, learning and other streams of change work
• Ability to develop videos and other creative communication content
• Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome)
• Ability to facilitate client sessions and lead training delivery
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies, e.g. M365, M365 Copilot, SharePoint, preferred but not essential
• Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams
• Industry experience in BFSI/ Energy & Utilities or Retails sector, Retails industry experience .
