Job summary

Avanade in Malaysia seeks a Sr Manager, Regional Program Delivery Lead for Microsoft Solutions to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs across Southeast Asia. You will lead multi-country initiatives, coordinate with CXOs, and ensure first-class client outcomes through structured delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field is advantageous.
• 12+ years of total work experience.
• Experience in technology project implementation across regional scope (3-5 countries).
• Strong understanding of contract terms and expectations management.
• Experience working in consulting or solution implementation environments.
• Ability to engage CXO/business leadership, handle escalations, and build trusted client relationships.
• Technical depth in Microsoft Platforms, preferably in Dynamics 365 ERP / CRM.
