Job summary
Mettler-Toledo International, Inc in Malaysia seeks an experienced Technical Advisory and Training professional to deliver 2nd/3rd level product and application support for Industrial Division solutions across Asia Pacific. You will coordinate training, launches and develop materials for global rollout, while supporting local sales and service activities.
The role requires strong presentation skills, a drive to travel, and hands-on knowledge of automation and instrumentation.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong presentation skills and trainer experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Technical Support, Trainer or Service in manufacturing.
- Knowledge on Automation and Control Instrumentation System.
- Willing to travel in Asia and internationally.
- Valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd level product and application support for Industrial Division solutions (APAC focus).
- Coordinate, prepare and conduct product training and launches for internal/external customers.
- Develop training and product support material for global rollout.
- Support local sales/service activities (seminars, webinars, demos, consulting).
- Coordinate with global Strategic Product Groups on market intelligence and product development.
