Job summary

MVC Resources in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned payroll leader to run end-to-end payroll operations across multiple markets, balancing in-house processing with outsourced arrangements. You will oversee regional payroll delivery, ensure accuracy and compliance, manage HRIS and time and attendance, and drive governance, audits, and improvements with IT and HR.

Lead a payroll team, coordinate external vendors, and ensure timely responses to payroll enquiries while supporting benefits and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience with regional or multi-country exposure.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Experience in payroll transformation, system implementation or process standardisation is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing external payroll vendors and service delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with HR and Finance collaboration.
