Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a Business Outsourcing Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead the accounting and payroll outsourcing team and support service growth. You will oversee client portfolios, ensure accurate reporting, and coach the team for high performance.

The role requires a professional accounting qualification and at least five years' experience in accounting or outsourcing, with strong payroll knowledge and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ICAEW/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in accounting or outsourcing.
• Experience leading teams and managing client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll requirements and governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and commercial skills.
