Job summary

Morgan’s Tek is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth through new partner stores, locations, and strategic relationships in the region.

You will manage end-to-end deal cycles, build a regional pipeline, and translate market insights into strategy for leadership. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you’ll influence expansion through strong negotiation and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales — retail or franchise a plus.
• Track record of hitting and beating targets.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter comfortable owning the full deal cycle.
• Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business and partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed deal.
• Understand partner needs and position Morgan’s Grocer as the right fit.
• Build long-term relationships across the region.
• Feed market insight back to the leadership team.
