Job summary

Morgansholding in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a business development professional to drive partnerships and new locations across the region. You will own the end-to-end deal cycle from first contact to signed agreements, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

You will identify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and provide market insights to the leadership team to guide Morgansholding’s regional growth and expansion plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales — retail or franchise experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting and beating targets.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter capable of owning the full deal cycle.
• Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• New-business pipeline for partner stores and locations.
• Relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Deal strategy and negotiation.
• Market insight that shapes where and how we grow.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business and partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed deal.
• Understand partner needs and position Morgan’s Grocer as the right fit.
• Build long-term relationships across the region.
• Feed market insight back to the leadership team.
