NXP Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders in ERP, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order-to-cash flow.

You will follow SOPs, maintain accurate documentation for internal controls, and escalate non-standard cases to supervisors as needed. A Bachelor's degree and SAP experience are preferred, with a strong customer service mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or supply chain or equivalent.
• 1–6 years of experience in order management, customer service, or admin support.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and customer service mindset.
• Ability to follow structured processes and handle routine problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Follow SOPs for order creation, changes, confirmations, and delivery alignment.
• Monitor order blocks, missing information, and pricing issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage daily customer inquiries regarding status, delivery, documentation, or requests.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance to align shipments and resolve issues.
• Support onboarding of new customer accounts and participate in training and SOP rollouts.
