Job summary

ACCRETECH (M) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive Metrology product sales in the Central Region. You will forecast targets, manage customer relations, and coordinate with service teams to ensure top-notch support.

This role reports to the regional office and requires regular reporting to leadership. You will maintain key accounts, seek new business opportunities, and ensure orders close through payment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience in technical/industrial equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of metrology or semiconductor equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve projected sales targets for Metrology in Central Regional and report to regional office.
• Forecast sales targets for products under care.
• Generate weekly reports to superiors.
• Review sales performance and quotas during monthly sales meetings with management.
• Build rapport with customers and address their needs and requests.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure good service support to customers.
• Maintain and foster good relationships between customers and the company.
• Close sales orders up to receipt of payments.
• Service current accounts and expand new accounts for existing and new product ranges.
• Ensure sales goals align with Business Unit goals and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and training on related technical product knowledge.
