ZEISS Group in Southern Malaysia is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive regional sales and marketing activities across our engineering portfolio. You will establish and maintain key customer relationships, prepare proposals, and support ongoing projects while traveling as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s or diploma in engineering with at least 2 years of sales experience in an engineering field, and strong communication, presentation, and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in engineering field, preferably in metrology.
• Experienced in making technical presentations to customers.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Dynamic and result oriented personality with good business acumen.
• Highly customer oriented personality.
• Additional language communication ability is an added advantage

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all sales and marketing activities in Southern Malaysia.
• Establish new and maintain relationships with key customers & support sales activities for current and new project.
• Make cold call to set up meeting appointment with potential customers.
• Prepare customer order, compile customer purchase order, quotation & follow up financial status.
• Liaise with customer to determine the business needs and solution.
• Travel within Malaysia and sometimes overseas to provide support where required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedules, sales reports & activities reports.
• Creating technical and commercial proposals to customers.
• Participating and supporting various marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and seminars.
• Providing reports on forecast, market intelligence and competition.
• To meet the territory sales goals and objectives.
• To achieve and exceed target in all product divisions & territories assigned.
• To ensure profitability within the given territory.
• Ensure the company achieves its customer satisfaction objectives at all times
• Maintenance and update of opportunities in Sales Force & CRM system
