Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking a Marketing Executive to support regional Southeast Asia marketing activities, handling end-to-end administrative and financial processes for marketing pillars.

The role ensures documentation is complete, budgets and trackers are updated, and vendors are paid accurately and on time while providing operational support for campaigns, events, brand activations and product seeding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing coordination, administration, vendor management, payments, or a related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects or tasks at the same time.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Payments and Administration: Manage PO, invoices, bills and vendor payments across marketing teams; maintain payment, budget and contract trackers; ensure invoices and supporting docs are submitted and vendors paid on time.
• Prepare and maintain vendor contracts and other required documentation; coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Legal to resolve issues; follow up on outstanding invoices until closure.
