You will coordinate projects, define work plans, and ensure alignment among stakeholders while identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 3+ years in project/program management, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 3+ years in project/program management or consulting; ecommerce/logistics/tech preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with numbers and Boolean logic.
• Proficiency with advanced Google Sheets/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects: lead cross-venture, high-impact programs; align stakeholders across countries.
• Program delivery: define work plans, timelines, governance, and resource needs; track progress and risks.
• Stakeholder management: bridge between business and tech teams across countries and backgrounds.
• Automation: identify opportunities to scale processes and reduce manual tasks.
• Business case: prepare data-driven business cases with risk analysis.
• Data & analysis: produce KPI reports, root-cause analyses, and actionable recommendations.
• Standardization: support standardization of data models and reporting across ventures.
