ZALORA SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a Marketing Executive to support regional marketing activities across Southeast Asia, focusing on end-to-end administrative and financial processes for all marketing pillars, including PO, invoices, contracts and vendor payments. This role ensures budgets and payment trackers are updated and vendors are paid accurately and on time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• Experience in marketing coordination, administration, vendor management, payments, or a related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects or tasks at the same time.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with different teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase orders, invoices, bills and vendor payments across all marketing teams and pillars.
• Maintain accurate payment, budget and contract trackers.
• Ensure invoices and supporting documents are submitted correctly and vendors are paid on time.
• Prepare and maintain vendor contracts and other required documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Procurement and Legal to resolve payment, contract or documentation issues.
• Regularly follow up on outstanding invoices, approvals and payments until closure.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, brand activations, product seeding and photo shoots.
• Manage the pull-out, tracking, inventory and timely return of products and marketing assets.
• Maintain clear records of all products received, distributed, returned or outstanding.
• Coordinate with marketing teams, commercial teams, operations, suppliers, agencies and influencers.
• Assist with improving marketing processes and take on additional coordination tasks when required.
