Job summary

ZALORA Southeast Asia is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to drive group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will develop and maintain enterprise models, analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights across Operations, G&A, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

The role requires advanced Excel, BI tool experience, and strong accounting acumen. You will collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and help automate repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• ~4 years of commercial/FP&A experience with planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main FP&A liaison for Group FP&A, coordinating reporting timelines and analysis.
• Produce monthly performance packs, variance analyses, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic review cycles; build enterprise models.
• Deliver forward-looking analyses, benchmarking, price/volume/sensitivity studies.
• Ensure data integrity and promote a single source of truth in reporting systems.
