Job summary

J&T Express (Malaysia ) Sdn Bhd is looking for a Market Development & Sales Leader to drive parcel volume growth by expanding the customer base and managing key accounts. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to coach a sales team across multiple districts.

You will set sales targets, monitor performance, and coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Finance to ensure superior service quality.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
Experience in logistics / courier / e-commerce industry is an added advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Data analysis and reporting ability.
Team leadership and coaching capability.
Able to work under pressure.
Result-oriented and proactive.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Able to work during weekends/public holidays when required by business operations.

Responsibilities

Develop market and expand business in the assigned area.
Lead and train sales team; set targets and KPIs.
Maintain key accounts and VIP merchants; ensure service quality.
Monitor customer base, complaint rate, and collect payments as needed.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Finance to ensure high service quality.
