Job summary

J&T Express Malaysia is seeking a candidate to inspect, supervise, and enforce brand standards across stations in Kedah. You will drive the implementation of standardized workflows, collect operational data, and propose improvements with follow-up on effectiveness.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel to Kulim High-Tech Park may be required as part of regional quality control efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect, supervise, and execute station branding to meet standards.
• Implement and optimize station operating standards for consistency.
• Collect and analyze station data; propose improvements and follow up.
• Negotiate and document contracts with partner stations.
• Handle customer service issues and coordinate resources to resolve.
• Support YoYi regional quality control monitoring and ops.
