Job summary

Randstad Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced General Manager to develop, plan, manage and supervise sales strategies for all assigned branches. You will drive monthly targets, oversee financial planning for branch operations and ensure cost controls across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit management with full P&L responsibility, travel across branches, and a proven track record in hitting sales targets while maintaining quality and service standards.

12. Implement and maintain consistent quality assurance across all branches.
13. Enforce the Company's disciplinary policies and standards among employees.
14. Conduct and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
15. Oversee recruitment to ensure all positions are filled with competent and qualified personnel.
16. Plan, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programs on a regular basis.
17. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is consistently maintained.
18. Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and in accordance with the Company's
procedures.
19. Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained for all product categories.
20. Monitor and ensure all products meet the Company's quality standards.
21. Perform regional management services for branches assigned by the Company from time to time.
22. Prepare and submit operational, sales, financial, inventory, and human resource performance reports
as required by the Company.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of multi-unit or multi-branch management experience with full P&L responsibility.

• Track Record: Proven success in hitting sales targets, reducing operational expenses, and managing multi-site teams.

• Financial Control: Budgeting, cost control, P&L analysis, and expense management.

• Operations & Compliance: SOP enforcement, facility maintenance, and quality assurance auditing.
