Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer interaction, cash handling or transaction processing experience required.
• Sales experience preferred for client acquisition and relationship management.
• Related working experience in financial institution or banking environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead region Community Deposit Specialist (CDS) to achieve regional business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish key client relationships to drive new account openings and CASA balance growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and deliver region acquisition goals.
• Provide HQ reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on region sales, new signups, payroll, roadshows, and onboarding status.
• Schedule and monitor region sales activities to ensure targets and product offerings are met.
• Drive CASA growth and ensure timely sales closures and accounts opening.
• Conduct team briefings and training on a weekly/monthly cadence.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors; report insights for strategic planning.
