Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Cash & FX Sales professional to drive new deposit customer acquisition, manage existing deposit relationships, and promote cash management and FX solutions to grow Global Markets fee income.

You will report to the Area Head, Cash & FX Sales in the Business & Corporate Banking Division and collaborate with Relationship Managers and stakeholders to grow deposits, non-borrowing portfolios, and cross‑selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Malaysian citizen.
Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Banking/Economics or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years in banking or financial institution related experience in deposit products or cash management.

Responsibilities

Drive KRAs to grow deposits and FX with proven results.
Work with Relationship Managers and Area Managers to grow deposits and non-borrowing portfolios.
Bring in new customers via branch visits, roadshows and other sales activities.
Propose and identify business opportunities and cost-benefit analysis for decisions.
Develop existing relationships and increase share of wallet for the designated center.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for new and existing customers using the bank's cash management, corporate internet banking, and Global Markets solutions.
