Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Klang Valley seeks a Team Lead, Community Deposit Specialist to manage a regional team of CDS professionals, drive deposit growth, and deliver tailored acquisition goals across branches.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience in financial institution or related field advantageous.
Customer interaction, cash handling, and sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead region CDS to achieve business objectives and develop the team.
Identify new business opportunities and establish client relationships to drive acquisition and CASA balance.
Collaborate with branches and internal stakeholders to meet region goals.
Plan and schedule region sales activity and ensure delivery of offerings.
Monitor and report on sales activities and deposit growth.
